Goals

  • Surface identity, allergies, and medications without ambiguity.
  • Support pet-in-vehicle and scene safety disclosures.
  • Map card prompts to SAMPLE-style emergency intake logic.

Setup Checklist

  • Confirm emergency contacts are reachable and role-tagged.
  • Validate medication spelling and dosage formatting.
  • Verify pet caretaker has key access and vet authorization.

Data Requirements

  • Required: name, DOB, allergy profile, medication list.
  • Optional: blood type, chronic conditions, medical devices.
  • Validation: controlled vocab for allergies and conditions.

Output Modes

  • Tier 1-2: print-first static cards.
  • Tier 3: static card + dynamic profile updates.
  • Tier 4: scan ping + optional media context.

Theme suggestion

Keep a shared dark base (zinc surfaces, consistent spacing, identical typography scale) so the platform feels unified. Apply module identity through accent color, iconography, and semantic badges only.
