ICE Card Platform

Module skeleton

One product shell, four modules, and a shared visual language that adapts per module context.

Module 02

Vulnerable Populations

Calm communication for high-stress encounters.

Specialized profiles for children, seniors, and neurodivergent users where tone and instructions matter as much as contact data.

Goals

  • Reduce escalation with plain, behavior-aware responder prompts.
  • Protect private details while preserving emergency usefulness.
  • Enable caregiver workflows with code words and trusted contacts.

Setup Checklist

  • Confirm caregiver contacts and safe-word workflow.
  • Define do/don't responder cues in plain language.
  • Review privacy redaction for public-facing text.

Data Requirements

  • Required: primary caregiver contact and return instructions.
  • Optional: behavior triggers, sensory guidance, preferred phrase.
  • Validation: no home address on publicly visible card face.

Output Modes

  • Tier 1-2: child/silver print card templates.
  • Tier 3: dynamic caregiver updates without reprint.
  • Tier 4: incident scan alert with optional notes/photos.

Theme suggestion

Keep a shared dark base (zinc surfaces, consistent spacing, identical typography scale) so the platform feels unified. Apply module identity through accent color, iconography, and semantic badges only.
